The “Bicycle License” was presented for the first time in Athens in art center “ENALLAX” in 2001. Then it traveled in various cities of Greece and was presented on “CHOROROES THEATRE”  in 2004, in “METAXOURGIO THEATRE”  in 2005 and “ENASTRON THEATRE” in  2010.

For 13 years the show receives enthusiastic reviews from the Press and the public.

It was presented with great success at the Festival of THEATRE of PATRAS in 2009, the Festival “YMITTOS”,Athens, in 2007, at the Festival “SOLISTES and PROTAGONISTES” in THEATRE of  LAMIA in 2005, also at the THEATRE of  AGRINIO  2005 and THEATRE of  KOZANI in 2006 as well as in the World Conference with the theme “ THEATER in EDUCATION”, in the Arsakeio College, 2004.

We are proud of this sensitive, frugal, now classic performance of the dozens of theatrical space, the history of adorning crowd dithyrambic critics, publications and public praise.

The performance “Olofeggaro” was introduced in 2008 and 2009 in “DIOMIDIO GARDEN of UNIVERSITY of ATHENS” and in 2010 at the theater “ENASTRON” in “FESTIVAL of BYRON” in Athens2010, as well as at the Festival “SOLISTES and PROTAGONISTES” of  LAMIA 2010,also at ‘’LAMPETIA FESTIVAL’’2010.It is a collage of poetic and dramatic texts, skillfully combined with greek songs with their common topic of fascination of Moonlight.

“Kato apo ton iskio tou bounou” is the famous Solilogy of Giannis Ritsos adapted to two actors and one  guitarist on stage. It was presented at theatre “ENASTRON” on 26 November 2009.

“Without music” is a work of Kostas Gakis which was described as “innocent Cabaret” and after the very successful performance in Athens, the company undertook the “ΘΕΣΙΣ” toured in various cities of Greece.

“Let’s play” is also a production of the company “ΘΕΣΙΣ”.,played in theater ARGO (2012) and in the ATHENS  SCHOOL OF FINE ARTS Theater (2013) and it received excellent reviews. For this reason we are continuing the performance for the new theatrical season.

The concert “PHAEDRA” was presented for the first time in the music scene “PHAEDRA” (2010), then in DIOMIDIO GARDEN of the UNIVERSITY of ATHENS (2011), at ZAPPEIO ATHENS HALL (2012), in the theater RIGIBLICK, Zurich, Switzerland (2013).

The musical poetic performance “Vrettakos – Lountemis converse” was presented at theater BOULEVARD in Zurich (2013).

We are now presenting the tragedy of Euripides “Iphigenia in Tauris” in theaters in Athens .

We hope that in the future we will have the  ability to take responsibility for more and equally successful honest performances.

ΘΕΣΙΣ aim is to include in its dynamic partners from all sectors and not only from the theater space.

This is why occasionally collaborates with great artists (Thanasis Panayiotou, Angelos Papadimitriou, Clare Bracewell), musicians (Tasos Karakatsanis, Takis Barberis), writers (Iraklis Logothetis, Argyris Sfountouris) etc.

Our aim is the right  theatrical choices and the connection of the name of the company with significant artistic events to justify the reason of their presentation  and to contribute to a valuable cultural reality. Up to now, it has been  connected  with a kind of repertoire that comes from the social context and  with aesthetics of the show given with particular sensitivity.

Yours faithfully,

Kerasia N. Samara
